Sales Navigator scraper: export any search with emails.
QuickExtract is a Sales Navigator scraper for Chrome. Paste the URL of any Sales Navigator people search, and it collects up to 2,500 leads, fills in each company's website, finds the company email for free, and saves photos and logos with your account.
What is a Sales Navigator scraper?
Sales Navigator is great at finding the right people, but it has no export button and shows no email addresses. A Sales Navigator scraper reads the results of your search and turns them into a list you can filter, export and email.
It reads your own search
QuickExtract is a LinkedIn Sales Navigator scraper that reads the search you built through your own signed-in session. You need your own subscription.
It adds what LinkedIn leaves out
Sales Navigator gives you a company name, not a website. QuickExtract looks up each website, then searches it for a company email.
It keeps the list tidy
Leads are saved in groups and matched by LinkedIn ID, so re-running a search never creates duplicates.
How to scrape Sales Navigator in 4 steps.
Run your search
Open Sales Navigator and build a people search. Filter by title, seniority, industry, region and company size, the way you normally would.
Copy the URL
Copy the address of the results page from Chrome's address bar. QuickExtract reads the same search through your own signed-in session.
Paste and scrape
In the dashboard, open Sales Navigator and paste the URL. Choose how many records (1 to 2,500, default 25) and which group they go into, then press Scrape.
Emails follow
Progress moves through scraping leads, enriching websites and saving images. Then each company website is searched for the best company email, for free.
Test with the default 25 records first, then run the full number. The guide to export Sales Navigator leads covers building a tight search.
What data you get from the Sales Navigator scraper.
| Field | What it is | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | First name, last name and full name in the dashboard, ready for {{firstName}} in your emails. | Free |
| Job title | The lead's current title as shown in Sales Navigator. | Free |
| Company | The lead's current company. | Free |
| Company website | Looked up for each company and saved with its domain. | Free |
| Profile link | A link back to the lead's Sales Navigator profile. | Free |
| Photo and logo | The profile photo and company logo, saved with your account. | Free |
| Company email | The best inbox found on the company's website, such as hello@ or contact@. | Free |
| Verified person email | The lead's own verified work email, such as [email protected]. | Only when a valid one is found |
Sales Navigator to CSV: how the columns map
Export CSV writes 37 columns in UTF-8 that Excel reads correctly, named like linkedin-500-prospects.csv. Columns are shared across sources, so some Sales Navigator fields land in general-purpose columns:
| CSV column | Holds, for Sales Navigator rows |
|---|---|
| Business | The lead's current company |
| Category | The lead's job title |
| Place URL | The Sales Navigator profile link |
| Website / Domain | The company website and domain |
| The company email, or the verified person email if you found one |
There is no separate Last name column in the CSV, so map first name and full name when you import. You can also export TXT (one email per line) or copy emails to your clipboard. Guides: export Sales Navigator to CSV, Sales Navigator to Excel, Sales Navigator to Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Scrape Sales Navigator with emails.
Sales Navigator doesn't show email addresses, so emails come from a separate step. There are two kinds, and you choose which you need.
Company email
After the scrape, each company website is searched for its best email, such as hello@ or contact@: the homepage and up to 8 more pages, like contact, about and team. Company emails and any public email are always free.
Verified person email
The lead's own work address, such as [email protected]. Select the leads you want and use the email finder. It costs 1 credit per valid email found, about 1.45¢ each. If no valid email is found, you aren't charged.
- Person emails are found and verified in real time when you ask for them, not pulled from a stored database.
- Each one passes three checks: format and domain, mailbox, and a dedicated catch-all check. Emails that fail any pass are dropped.
- Filter to the titles you'll actually write to first. The price calculator shows the cost.

Getting past the 2,500-result limit.
Sales Navigator only lets you page through the first 2,500 results of a search, and each scrape matches that. For bigger searches, split the search into slices that each show fewer than 2,500 results.
| Split on | Example slices | Group name |
|---|---|---|
| Geography | One slice per country, region or state | VP Sales · SaaS · US-West |
| Company headcount | 11–50, 51–200, 201–500 | VP Sales · SaaS · US · 51-200 |
| Seniority | Vice President in one slice, Director in another | Sales · SaaS · US · VP |
| Industry | One slice per industry when the search covers several | VP Sales · Fintech · US |
- Check each slice's result count in Sales Navigator before you copy its URL. Every slice should be under 2,500.
- Scrape the slices one after another. QuickExtract runs one scrape at a time.
- If a person shows up in two slices, they're matched by LinkedIn ID and updated, not added twice.
Is scraping Sales Navigator safe?
Honestly: no tool can promise a LinkedIn account will never be restricted. LinkedIn decides how it treats activity on its platform. You can lower the risk with sensible habits, and QuickExtract is built around them.
Your own account
QuickExtract uses your own signed-in session in your normal Chrome. It doesn't run on shared or rented accounts.
Steady pacing
100 leads per page with a 3-second pause between pages, and only one scrape at a time. No parallel requests.
Pull what you'll use
Test with 25 records, spread big jobs across days, and don't run other LinkedIn tools during a scrape.
LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts automated access, including scraping, and the data you collect is personal data in many countries. Watch the phases
Progress moves through Scraping, Enriching websites and Saving images, with a percentage for each. The finish message tells you whether the search ran out of leads.
One group per search
Name the group after the search, like “VP Sales · SaaS · US”. Filters for company and group make each list easy to find later.
Re-run to refresh
Scrape the same search next month. Leads you already have update, and new ones are added.
Sort and filter
The table shows Profiles, With email and With company. Sort by newest, name or company and filter by company or group.
Reach the person
Company emails are free. When you need to reach the lead directly, add a verified person email for 1.45¢ each.
Take the tour
The Sales Navigator page has a step-by-step tour. Replay it any time from the page.
Do I need a Sales Navigator subscription?
Yes. QuickExtract reads searches you run in your own Sales Navigator account, through your signed-in session in Chrome.
Is QuickExtract a free Sales Navigator scraper?
Scraping is free, and so are company websites, company emails and exports. You only pay if you want verified person emails: $29 for 2,000, charged only when a valid email is found. You still need your own Sales Navigator subscription.
How many leads can I export from Sales Navigator?
Up to 2,500 per scrape, which matches how far Sales Navigator lets you page through a search. For more, split the search into slices under 2,500 and scrape each one.
Does it work with regular LinkedIn searches?
No. The bulk scrape works with Sales Navigator people-search URLs only. Paste the address of a Sales Navigator results page.
Can I export Sales Navigator leads to CSV or Excel?
Yes. Export CSV gives you 37 columns in UTF-8, which open cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets. Company goes in Business, job title in Category and the profile link in Place URL. There is no separate Last name column.
Will scraping the same search twice create duplicates?
No. Leads are matched by LinkedIn ID, so existing rows are updated and only new leads are added.
What happens if I cancel halfway?
The search stops, and the leads already collected still get their websites filled in and their images saved.
Are company emails really free here?
Yes. Every company email and publicly listed email is free. Only verified person emails are paid, at $29 for 2,000.
