Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Quickprosp Pvt Ltd collects when you use QuickExtract, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
QuickExtract is operated by Quickprosp Pvt Ltd, a private limited company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Quickprosp”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data in your QuickExtract account.
In short: we collect what we need to run your account and store the leads you choose to collect. We don't sell your data, and the extension reads web pages only when you use one of its features.
2. What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text.
Leads you collect
The records you collect with the Service, such as names, job titles, companies, websites, emails, phone numbers, addresses, ratings, product details, profile links, profile photos and company logos, plus the groups you organize them into.
Settings and activity
Your preferences, such as excluded domains and autosave, and the status of runs in progress, so the dashboard can pick up where you left off.
Payment information
When you buy credits, our payment provider processes your payment. We receive confirmation details such as the amount, date and a transaction reference, but not your full card number.
Messages you send us
Support emails and feature requests, including your name and email address.
Technical information
Our servers record basic request information, such as IP address, browser type and time, to keep the Service running and secure.
3. What the extension reads
The extension reads web pages only when you use a feature:
- Sales Navigator: when you start a scrape, it reads the results of the search URL you pasted, through your own signed-in session.
- Google Maps: it reads the results in the Maps tab it opens for your searches, and the place pages it opens to fill in missing details.
- Product Hunt: it reads the leaderboards for the dates you choose, and maker and hunter profiles if that option is on.
- Websites: it reads the sites you ask it to crawl, and up to eight contact-type pages on each, to find published emails.
- Right-click actions: it reads the page you right-clicked when you choose an action.
- Autosave: only if you switch it on, it scans pages you visit for email addresses. LinkedIn pages are always excluded.
The extension does not read your passwords, private messages or browsing history, and it does not collect data from pages when you aren't using one of these features.
4. How we use information
- To provide the Service: store and show your leads, find company emails, and find and verify person emails you request.
- To run your account, process payments and keep track of credits.
- To answer support requests and consider feature requests.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We don't use your leads to build lists for other customers, and we don't sell your personal data.
5. Chrome Web Store
QuickExtract's use of information received through the Chrome extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that information only to provide and improve the features you use, and we don't transfer it for advertising, credit-worthiness or any unrelated purpose.
7. People in your lists
The leads in your account are collected by you, from sources you choose. You decide how to use them and are responsible for doing so lawfully. We process that data on your behalf to provide the Service.
If you are someone whose details appear in a QuickExtract user's list and you'd like to ask about it, email us. We will help, including by passing your request to the user concerned.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is open. You can delete leads and groups from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account, email us and we will delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
9. Security
We protect your data with safeguards appropriate to the risk, including hashed passwords, signed sign-in tokens that expire after seven days, and access controls that keep each account's data separate. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You can update your name and password from the Profile page. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
12. International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers may process data in other countries. When data moves across borders, we take steps to protect it as this policy describes.
13. Children
QuickExtract is a business tool for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
