Email finder: verified work emails for any B2B lead.
QuickExtract is an email finder that takes a person's name and company website and finds their work email in real time, then verifies it live three times, catch-all included. Nothing comes from a stored database, so 100% of the emails you pay for are verified at that moment. It costs $29 for 2,000 emails, about 1.45¢ each, and you pay only when a valid email is found.
What is an email finder?
An email finder turns a person's name and company into their work email address. You know who you want to reach, say the Head of Marketing at Acme. The finder works out the address, like [email protected], and checks that it's real before you send.
Many finders look the person up in a contact database they built earlier. QuickExtract works differently. It has no stored contact database. Each person email is found at the company's domain when you ask for it, then verified live, at that moment. That's why every email you pay for is 100% verified, in real time.
QuickExtract is a B2B email finder built into a Chrome extension. The same extension scrapes the leads in the first place, so you go from a list of names to a list of verified work emails in one tool.
How to find an email by name and company, step by step.
The email finder works on leads that have a person's name and a company website. Here's the full path from a search to a verified inbox.
Add the extension
Install QuickExtract from the Chrome Web Store and create an account with your name, email and a password. No card is needed to start. The toolbar icon opens the dashboard.
Collect your leads
Scrape a Sales Navigator people search, up to 2,500 leads per run, or a range of Product Hunt launches. Each lead comes with a name and a company website. Extraction is free.
Select who you need
Filter by group, search the table, then pick the leads you want to reach. Select-all covers every lead that matches your filters, not only the rows on screen.
Find person emails
Open Menus and choose Find person email. QuickExtract looks for each person's work email at their company's domain, in real time.
Verified, then charged
Each email passes three verification checks. Only valid emails reach your list, in the Person email column, and only those use a credit.
Export or send
Export a CSV with 37 columns, a TXT file or copy the emails. Or send the leads straight to a Quickprosp list, campaign or automation.

Finder and verifier in one price.
Many tools charge to find an email and charge again to verify it. QuickExtract includes three-pass verification in every credit, and keeps everything that's already public free.
| What happens | Credits |
|---|---|
| Valid person email found and verified | 1 credit |
| No valid email found | 0, free |
| Verification (3 passes, catch-all included) | Included |
| Company emails and public emails | Always free |
| Extracting the lead | Always free |
| Price | $29 for 2,000 credits, about 1.45¢ each |
Is it a free email finder?
Partly. Company emails such as contact@, hello@, info@ and sales@ are free. So is any email that's publicly available, like an address on a team page or a maker's profile. The work email of a named person that isn't published anywhere is paid: $29 for 2,000.
No subscription
Start with 2,000 credits for $29, or buy a bigger pack for less per email: 10,000 for $99, down to 0.5¢ each at 100,000. Packs are one-time, so you buy again only when you run low. A credit is used only when a valid email is found.
Email finder accuracy: what “verified” really means.
We don't publish an accuracy percentage, because no honest number holds across every list. Here's what we do promise, and what no verified email finder can.
- Every paid email passed format and domain, mailbox and catch-all checks
- The checks ran live, when you asked, not weeks earlier
- Emails that failed any pass were dropped and cost nothing
- Catch-all addresses were checked, not left as “unknown”
- Verified doesn't mean delivered. Spam filters and your sending reputation still matter
- People change jobs, so a mailbox that's valid today can close later
- Some people won't get a valid email, for example when the company's email domain differs from its website
Send soon after you find
Verification describes the mailbox at that moment. Use fresh finds in your next campaign rather than months later.
Protect your domain
Even with verified lists, ramp up slowly from a new domain. See how to warm up a cold email domain.
Use the free fallback
When no person email is found, the free company email from the same website stays in the row if one was found, so you can still reach the company.

Where QuickExtract fits
You want verified work emails for leads you scrape yourself, you'd rather buy packs than pay a subscription, and you want catch-all checks included in the price.
Where others are stronger
Hunter and Snov.io include cold email sequences. Apollo.io, Skrapp and Snov.io have searchable contact databases. Findymail and Apollo.io offer phone numbers. Several offer an API. QuickExtract has no API, phone finder or contact database, and cold email runs in our separate product, Quickprosp.
What is an email finder?
A tool that turns a person's name and company into their work email address, and checks that the address is real. QuickExtract finds each email at the company's domain in real time and verifies it three times before you get it.
Is QuickExtract a free email finder?
For company emails and public emails, yes. Contact@, hello@, info@ and any publicly available address are always free. The verified work email of a named person costs $29 for 2,000, about 1.45 cents each, and less in bigger packs: down to $499 for 100,000.
How do I find someone's email by name and company?
Scrape the lead from Sales Navigator or Product Hunt, so it has a name and a company website. Select the lead, open Menus and choose Find person email. A valid email appears in the Person email column.
Do I pay if no email is found?
No. A credit is used only when a valid, verified email is found. Emails that fail any of the three checks are dropped and cost nothing.
Do the emails come from a database?
No. QuickExtract has no stored contact database. Each person email is found and verified in real time when you request it, so 100% of the emails you pay for are verified at that moment.
Will every verified email deliver?
Verification isn't a delivery guarantee. It confirms the address and mailbox at the moment you ask. Spam filtering, your sending reputation and people changing jobs can still affect delivery, so send soon and warm up new domains.
Is the email finder a Chrome extension?
Yes. QuickExtract runs in Google Chrome. The toolbar icon opens the dashboard, where you scrape leads, find emails and export them. Your data is saved to your account, not just one browser.
Can I verify emails I already have?
Yes. The email verifier runs your own list through the same three passes, using the same credits.
