Cookie Policy
What this website and the QuickExtract extension store in your browser, what other services receive when you visit, and how to clear it.
1. Summary
This policy covers the QuickExtract website and the QuickExtract Chrome extension, operated by Quickprosp Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
In short: the website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. The extension keeps your sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in.
2. This website
We don't use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking on this website. We don't show a cookie banner because we don't set these cookies.
Like any website, our hosting servers receive basic request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, when your browser loads a page. We use it to keep the site running and secure, as our Privacy Policy describes.
3. Google Fonts
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.
If you'd rather not contact Google's servers, you can block third-party font requests with your browser's settings or a content blocker. The site still works, with your browser's default fonts.
4. Links to other sites
The Add to Chrome buttons open the Chrome Web Store, which is run by Google. Other links may take you to other sites. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies, not this one.
5. The extension
The QuickExtract extension doesn't use cookies of its own for tracking. It uses Chrome's extension storage to keep:
- Your sign-in session: a signed sign-in token, plus your name and email, so you stay logged in. The token expires after 7 days.
Your leads, groups, images and settings, such as excluded domains and autosave, are stored with your account on our servers, so they follow your login rather than living in one browser.
When you use a source, the extension works through your own signed-in sessions on those sites, such as Sales Navigator. Those sites' cookies belong to them and are governed by their policies. QuickExtract doesn't read your passwords.
6. How to clear it
Extension storage
- Log out: open Profile in the dashboard and choose Log out. This removes your sign-in session from the browser.
- Remove the extension: go to
chrome://extensions, find QuickExtract and click Remove. Chrome deletes the extension's local storage. - Delete your account data: data on our servers stays until you delete it from the dashboard or ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy.
Website data
You can view and delete cookies and site data for any site in Chrome's Settings → Privacy and security. Clearing cached files also removes stored copies of the fonts.
7. Changes
If we start using other cookies or storage, we will update this policy and change the date at the top.
