What you did
The search URL, search lines, date range or URLs you used, and the settings you chose, such as records to scrape or Go slow.
What happened
The message the dashboard showed, word for word, and what you expected instead.

A screenshot of the dashboard or the tab involved often shows the problem straight away.
Credits and payments
For questions about credits, include the purchase date and the amount.
